Scope

What an inventory integration can include.

  • Reading and normalizing source files.
  • API connections for product lookup and stock updates.
  • Quantity checks, import summaries and error handling.
  • Additional connections to your store, accounting or internal tools.

Dashboard workflow

Keep the operator in control of stock updates.

  • Check how source rows match products and variations.
  • Test the import separately from the live store.
  • Review quantities, new products and blocked rows.
  • Check the results and resolve incomplete updates.

What Hacienda Sur includes

A desktop dashboard for the import process.

The Hacienda Sur dashboard brings file intake, variation checks, import review, run logs and PDF exports into one workspace.

Day-to-day use

Give staff the tools to run and check each import.

  • A desktop interface for selecting and reviewing files.
  • Existing workbook logic integrated into the import process.
  • API connections to look up products and publish updates.
  • Import results and searchable run history.
  • A record of updated, created, skipped and failed rows.

Describe the source file, approximate product count and how often stock changes. We will review the process and identify what is needed for a first implementation.

Before we start

Questions about this service

Can you connect our existing WooCommerce store?

We first review the catalog, variations, API access and source files. An existing store can often be retained; the integration scope depends on its current setup.

Will inventory changes publish without review?

The Hacienda Sur workflow includes operator review before publishing. Scheduled updates are scoped separately around validation rules and recovery requirements.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Describe your source file, approximate product and variation count, update frequency and repeated manual work. We can start with a description of the columns, without credentials or customer data.
